Shipping & Delivery Policy


Processing Time  

All items are handmade to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for your piece to be prepared for shipment. Custom orders may require additional time depending on complexity.


Shipping Methods & Rates  

Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS or UPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size, or offered as a flat rate where applicable.


Packaging  

Each stained glass piece is carefully packaged using protective materials to ensure it arrives safely. Due to the fragile nature of glass, extra care is taken in boxing and cushioning your order.


Delivery Time Estimates  

- Domestic (U.S.): 2–7 business days after shipment  


Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or holidays.


Tracking Information  

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.


Damaged or Lost Packages  

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. 


We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered, but we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.


Incorrect Address  

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


International Orders  

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties that may apply. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
