All Sales Final (Handmade Items)
Due to the handmade nature of our stained glass pieces, all sales are generally final. Each item is individually crafted and may include slight variations that make your piece unique.
Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging your order, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To process a claim, include:
- Clear photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging and box
- Your order number
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please reach out so we can assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier. Refunds or replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Returns (If Accepted)
In rare cases where a return is approved:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Item must be securely packaged to prevent damage
Refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected.
Custom Orders
All custom or personalized pieces are non-refundable and non-returnable. These items are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.
